They sent a letter to the Secretary General of the top world football agency asking not to allow national leagues matches abroad
Last week, Football Supporters Europe (FSE), the Independent Supporters Council (ISC, North America), La Football Supporters Association Australia (FSA Australia) and FASFE – Shareholders and partners of Spanish football – they sent a letter to the secretary general of FIFA, Mattias Grafström, expressing their firm opposition to the proposals that would allow national leagues parties to celebrate abroad.
In the Charter they express their concern about recent LaLiga plans and the series A to transfer matches to the United States and Australia, warning that such measures “would undermine sports integrity by altering the balance between round trip matches in league competitions.”
In addition, they understand that this “prioritizes commercial interests over sports values, reducing clubs to entertainment products disconnected from their traditions and communities.”
Encounters outside the country “erodes the cultural identity of football clubs in the destinations of relocated matches” and generate “important environmental and logistics charges due to long -distance trips.”
In addition, these associations understand that these proposals, both the Spanish and the Italian who are already ongoing, “directly contradict articles 3 and 6 of the FIFA International Parties Regulations, which requires that official national competitions be disputed in the territory of its National Federation.”

So they ask FIFA to enforce this regulation, reject any attempt to transfer national parties abroad and safeguard the community, cultural and sports foundations of football worldwide.
